Product Description
1.Lifting mechanism
Lifting mechanism is composed of motorbrakecoupling transmission shaft reducer winding drumsteel wire rope and cable drum and other components etc. It ensured the lifting synchronism; low level rotating electromagnetism suspended beam features is one motor drives two sets of lifting mechanism.
The motor is QABP Model motor which specialized use in high temperature occasions, the rated voltage is 380V, the rated frequency is 50HZ, the insulation grade is H class, the protection level is IP54.
The brake is disc brake, this kind brake with the advantages of reliable and safe in operation, smooth and steady down movement, durable use, easy maintenance and so on, the brake technology level meets the GB633286block brakestandard.
The reducer adopts hardened gear surface reducer.
The rope drum is made by steel plate coil, at both ends of the drum, it equipped with safety collar not less than three circles.
Steel wire rope is dedicated type 619WIWR-1770 metal core rope with advantages like high intensitylong service life etc.
The shaft hesd of Drum shaft has rotary limit switch to ensure save lifting.
2.Trolley travel mechanism
Gear box is three-in one type, specially used in high temperature condition for crane.
Brake is disc type brake, closing automatically when non-working and opened by brake release device when working.

3.Metal Structure
Bridge frame consists of main beam, end trucks, walking platform, guardrail ladder and cabin.
1. Main beam is narrow box type, right path standard box structure with good stiffness (fully loaded vertical static deflection S/800) and intensity. Main beam fully loaded natural vibration frequency 2Hz. Cart travel mechanism is droved separately with electric devices on bridge frame walking platform. Long crane travel mechanism transmission shaft employs cross axle type universal coupling with a good aligning ability.
2.End trucks are joined by high strength bolts to make transportation easy.
3.Trolley frame consist of box beam and H beam with a fully loaded deflection Lk /2000, totally ensuring smooth running of mechanism over it.
4. Welding and weld groove accord with standard GB985 & GB986. Weld exterior examination turns out no visible open defect. The butt-jointed seam of main beam tensile zone and web plate is no less favorable than I level in standard JB1152.
4.Meterial and Process craft
1. Main bearing carriers like main beam, end trucks and trolley frame according to standard GB/T14405-93, this biding machine use Q345-B sheet material; non-bearing carriers like walking platform, guardrail use steel Q235-B type, welding procedure and weld joint examination are strictly compliance with relative standards and use nondestructive inspection on important weld joints; pre-treating steel surfaces to meet the standard of level Sa2.5 of GB8923. First primer, then finish paint which are255#Forging wheels are made of 55# wrought steel

5.Electric Parts
1.Crane power supply is 380V50HZ3Phase or according to your requirement. Current collector shall be equipped according to concrete form of slide wire.
2.Protective devices
(2.1)Electrical distribution protection: crane distribution of the main circuit consists of protective devices like automatic air switch, main contactor switch etc.
(2.2) Short-circuit protectionAir-break of main power circuit setting serves as short-circuits protection to control circuit setting. Small capacity Air-break serves as circuit protection.
(2.3) Overload protection: each motor of crane mechanism shall be equipped individual over current protection devices or integrate protection units serving as overload protection for each mechanism: distribution protection panel shall be equipped power air-break serving as overload protection for crane.
(2.4) Under-voltage protection: in distribution protection panel, line contactor serve as under-voltage protection devices; in control panel of each mechanism equipped with under-voltage protection devices which will automatically turn off circuit when power interruption occurs.
(2.5) Zero protection: when crane starts to work and power restored after under-voltage, all control panel must be put in zero position so the motors of each mechanism are able to start to work.
(2.6) Lifting limit protection: main trolley lifting mechanism, auxiliary trolley lifting mechanism use LX36-88 type upper &lower limit switches, ensuring automatically turning off power when hook are in limiting position.
(2.7) Stroke limiter protection: crane travel mechanism, main trolley travel mechanism and auxiliary trolley travel mechanism have stroke limiters on both ends to serve as travel limit protection devices.
6.Safety protection feature:

In order to ensure safe crane safe working, channels (width500mm) are installed between cabin and bridge, plant and crane, with handrail (height=1050mm) at each side of channel, interval of 350mm has two vertical cross bars. At the bottom is guard plate of 70mm and lighting lamps are installed under bridge.
