Product Description
1. This modular car can be used in combination with the standard driven modules of our company. On the premise of not reducing the maximum running speed and carrying capacity of the modular car, the vehicle climbing ability is greatly improved, and the passing ability is improved.
2. The module car is equipped with drive axle and separate power module, which can provide auxiliary driving force for modular car. When it is long distance transportation, the car can be used as trailer and drawn by tractor.
The modular car can meet three typical working conditions simultaneously:
Heavy load climbing (hydraulic auxiliary drive open, synchronous drive with tractor);
Highway high speed operation (hydraulic auxiliary drive closed);
Self drive operation (hydraulic drive alone, tractor out).
Working Principle
The kind of coil handling vehicle gets power AC380v through the device of cable reel which is installed at the bottom of the cart. The motor is controlled by the power through AC control system. By the principle, we can make the coil handling vehicle to start, stop, goforward, backforward etc
Application
The series's flat cart can be suitable to be used in the bad environment, such as, high-temperature and anti-explosion condition. Compared with the KPX series, the using is not linited; Compared with KPD series, it is not so strict limitation for the construction of the railway. The load capacity is not limited and if the running distance is more than 50m, a cable arranger should be installed to arrange the cables, the runnimg distance of KPJ series can reach to 200m.
