Heavy Lifting Outdoor Double Girder Mobile Workshop Gantry Crane is characterized by more reasonable structure and higher strength steel as a whole. Double girder gantry cranes with the hook are available for general services, such as loading, unloading, lifting and transferring work in outdoor storage or on railways.
Structure of Double Girder Gantry Crane
Gantry Crane Series is extensively used in the various industries: construction site, hydroelectric dams, workshop, railway goods yard and stock ground of industrial and mining enterprises for loading, unloading or relocating heavy load.
It consists of four main parts, namely, the bridge structure, the traveling mechanism, the trolley and the electric equipment. The bridge is welded structure of box-type: individual drives are adopted for traveling mechanism on each end of the crane. All movements of the crane are controlled from the cabin. Either rigid shapes of steel (angles or tees) or flexible insulated cable shall be selected to be utilized as runway conductors and proposed in the order by the purchaser. Max and min value of environment temperature, the sort of power supply, the voltage and other data shall be proposed by the user when filling the order form.
But should pay attention to this type crane is forbidden to use in the explosive, combustible or corrosive environment.
