Product Description
European type cranes have such design concepts as small dimension, light dead weight. Compared with traditional cranes, the limiting distance is minimum from hook to wall, and headroom is the lowest, which makes cranes work more close to the front, and lifting height more higher that increases effective working space of workplace.
New workshops can be designed more smaller and have more functions because the dead weight is light, and the wheel pressure is small. Smaller size workplace means saving a huge amount of money from initial construction investment, long-term heating, air conditioning and other maintenance free.
Mechanical Features:

LD-Single Girder Overhead Crane
Under Running Crane (LD) The LD type of under running overhead crane (also called bridge crane )is the most popular designing since the very beginning. Our annual turnout is 20,000 units for the whole market. The main girder adopts 6mm and 8mm thickness steel plate. Chinese workshop has a 1700mm clearrance above the rail, which is excellenct for the maintenance of the crane. In some Middle East countries, the clearance is less than this, and please indicate this data when you placing the order.
Steel Plate Cutting and Treatment The board was cut by auto-cutting machine. Main Beam We reserve the concept of "safety factor", and remain the traditional main beam fabrication methord. Each of the beam is made by 6mm thickness of side board, and 8mm top and bellow board. Bearing System The reducer is hardtooth designing. Bearing is HA/WA/LUO 3 brands. Casting box type. The gear box is made by our factory in order to give a reliable quality. The market has many suppliers, and some of them can get 50% price than ours. However, we do not reduce the quality in order to reduce the cost.

This double C-track festoon system makes the driver can be seperate from the hoist , so that give a maximum safety protection.

The crane forms a complete set with CD1/MD1 electric hoist. Our Hoist Motor is a very part of electrical hoist. we choose the Nanjing Zongchang(Best in China) motor to provide you a best usig experience.it has the advantages of soft starting and outstanding electricity saving effect.
